Publishing in Journals - Some trivia

Paper Rule: 

4 normal pages is 1 page in a journal.

8 pages (double spaced) are 2 pages in a journal.

Some Trivia About Chemistry Journals :

JACS started as communication. 

Tet.Letters in those days, was typed in manuscript and accepted as such, and was not typesetted, not reviewed.  But now, everything is peer reviewed.

Notes are specific to organic synthesis. If you don’t want the data to get lost, and if it is sometimes worthy, then JOC note is preferred.
